Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.
Must be able to:
- Support leadership and executive level searches
- Coach, develop and manage talent acquisition managers and recruiters
- Design and deliver talent acquisition strategies to meet our growth targets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Passionate about talent acquisition and development of a diverse, engaged recruiting team
- Experience developing an employer value proposition, recruiting collateral, and a social media presence
- Direct experience recruiting for leadership positions and partnering with executive-level hiring managers
- Ability to effectively manage recruiting needs and balance workload across the team
- Have led diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives successfully
