• Facilitating all phases of the recruitment process
• Adding to an existing library of company-wide job descriptions
• Posting and managing advertisement processes

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of having partnered with various types of hiring managers
• Ability to seek out sourcing opportunities with diverse populations
• Ability to assess candidates over the phone and provide insights to hiring team
• Negotiation and closing techniques
