Job Summary

A computer networking hardware and software company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Director Administrative Assistant in the Bay Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Director’s calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings
  • Assisting Director in planning and organizing meetings
  • Supporting Director by acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized

Qualifications Include:

  • Attending monthly staff meetings and quarterly all team meetings
  • 6+ years’ experience in an administrative environment
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a principal who was at the Director level and above
  • Great attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information
  • Advanced knowledge of Mac/Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
