Job Summary

A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director in San Francisco Bay Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting the Chief People Officer on C-Level recruitment efforts
  • Maintaining talent pipelines by engaging with candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
  • Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • Recruitment/management experience in Tax, Assurance or Advisory sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • Proven success in recruiting for and placement of executive level roles
  • Experience working with C-level executives, Partners and senior leadership to fulfill hiring goals
  • Knowledge of various recruiting technologies such as LEVER to automate and scale processes
