Qualifications for this position include:

- 10+ years of recruiting experience, 4+ of those years being in management
- Experience leading a recruiting team in a high volume environment
- Sales-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a story with data
- Ability to build relationships and gain credibility at all levels of the organization
