Job Summary
A software and cloud communications company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Enablement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a growing team of program managers under the TA Programs team
- Design, build, and execute the strategy around recruiting enablement
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years in a learning or enablement function or a related field
- Proven record of building out and implementing enablement programs that scale
- Knowledge of training software for systems and process training, including LMS
