Job Summary

an international food and beverage retail company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Executive recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a seamless consistent process and differentiated outcomes for all stakeholders; indirectly lead and deliver through the team, taking full accountability for delivering results
  • Leveraging defined tools; always bringing people back to focus around the defined position specifications and priorities
  • scheduling, acting as the driving force for progressing candidates through the process and advising leaders to keep on track and moving forward in decision making

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 6+ years progressive experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, executive recruiting, and/or search agency; search strategy, sourcing, networking, talent screening, process facilitation, offer negotiation, and closing
  • Capability to communicate, and craft and deliver presentations, to an executive level audience
  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple functions - preferred
