Job Summary
A global technology firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Global Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with global TA and business stakeholders to guide strategic programs, projects, and other initiatives
- Deliver full life cycle ownership of a global TA program portfolio and projects
- Ensure cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of full life cycle experience leading talent acquisition programs, projects, and initiativ
- Affinity for prioritizing between strategic initiatives and ad hoc deliverables in a multi-tasking dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and develop partnerships within TA and across the HR and business organization as a consultant
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive levels, training facilitation, influencing / change management
