Job Summary
A bedroom furniture manufacturer is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Head.
Must be able to:
- Provide strategic partnership to business leaders to develop staffing strategies that fits their team's individual needs
- Attract, develop, and engage talent acquisition professionals to provide a best-in-class experience to both candidates and leaders
- Develop and drive talent acquisition metrics and trend analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA or BS required, preferably in a related area
- 7+ years of Talent acquisition or HR team leadership experience
- 12+ years of experience in a fast-paced organization
- Proven track record of delivering results both individually and through others
- Business acumen and analytical thought leader; ability to effectively utilize data to drive action
- Excellent negotiating, problem solving, process improvement, communication and interpersonal skills
