Job Summary

A professional training services provider is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Understand company's needs and the talent marketplace to build out talent sourcing and acquisition strategies
  • Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting
  • Partner with the People Success team to build and operationalize processes and programs

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting
  • 3+ years of experience leading recruiters and talent acquisition strategy
  • Strong business acumen and a record of high performance in talent acquisition or related fields
  • Superior problem-solving competencies leveraging data to inform, influence, and drive to decisions
