Job Summary
A life insurance company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Head .
Must be able to:
- Partner with executive team and hiring managers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess and calibrate total rewards for candidates
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and coach the team to grow and maintain a pipeline of diverse talent across functions
Qualifications for this position include:
- You have an expertise in Talent or People Operations
- You can be a coach, mentor, advisor, and partner with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- You have a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- You are data-driven
- You are a strong communicator
