Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Healthcare Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy
- Partner with corporate and site managers to obtain and confirm search requests
- Perform comprehensive targeted research strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Looking for 3-5 years of previous experience
- Some experience in human resources
- Experience working with general office equipment
- Ability to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and information
- General knowledge and/or experience working with Oracle
