A financial services company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and empowering a high-performance talent acquisition team
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies and campaigns
- Managing recruitment processes, procedures, and documentation standards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Three or more years' experience utilizing and/or administering an ATS
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Four or more years of recruitment experience
