A business management and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the recruiting team
- Updating recruiting procedures or creating new procedures
- Searching for and enforcing new sourcing methods to find job candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
- Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting
