Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 7 years of experience with IT Recruitment or relevant experiences
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
- Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
