Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Legal Recruiter .

Must be able to:

• Source candidates through various recruiting databases
• Conduct a high volume of prescreens and interviews
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful on-boarding experience

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting/human resources/talent acquisition, preferably in the legal industry
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
• A keen sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize a voluminous workload
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word
