Job Summary
A virtual speech therapy practice has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting recruitment activities
- Employing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Assisting in preboarding and onboarding processes for new speech therapy team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Full licensure in your state of residence
- ASHA Certified/Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings as well as experience in conducting pediatric assessments
- Minimum of 1 year of Post-Clinical Fellowship experience
- Individual NPI number
