Job Summary

Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time Remote Talent Acquisition Manager will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles in a fast-growing remote marketing agency.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually across multiple departments including paid media and sales
  • Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities, while building a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview processes, including first-round screenings, reference checks, and offer logistics, while tracking key hiring metrics
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or remote-first business
  • Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
  • Strong written communication skills suited for an async-first culture
  • Experience in both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
  • US-based with availability during core hours of 9am-5pm CT
