Job Summary

A legal consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruiting temporary and permanent legal professionals
  • Working in a service-oriented recruitment role
  • Recruit legal professionals at the executive level

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in the US legal sector with at least 3 years in a sourcing capacity
  • Strong knowledge of the legal sourcing industry in the US
  • Experience working in a start-up environment at a fast pace and with a sense of urgency
  • Good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
