Job Summary
A legal consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting temporary and permanent legal professionals
- Working in a service-oriented recruitment role
- Recruit legal professionals at the executive level
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in the US legal sector with at least 3 years in a sourcing capacity
- Strong knowledge of the legal sourcing industry in the US
- Experience working in a start-up environment at a fast pace and with a sense of urgency
- Good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Bachelor's degree
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
