Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
  • Managing the recruitment process and lifecycle working with internal teams and hiring managers
  • Conducting regular audits and work with leadership to propose compensation structure changes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel by car or plane up to 10% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in a HR-related field or equivalent education, specialized training, and experience
  • 5 years’ experience in a HR generalist background
  • Experience in collaborating and strategizing with senior level management
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and supervising high performing teams
