Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
- Managing the recruitment process and lifecycle working with internal teams and hiring managers
- Conducting regular audits and work with leadership to propose compensation structure changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel by car or plane up to 10% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in a HR-related field or equivalent education, specialized training, and experience
- 5 years’ experience in a HR generalist background
- Experience in collaborating and strategizing with senior level management
- Experience coaching, mentoring and supervising high performing teams
