Job Summary

A customer experience outsourcing services company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving recruitment and candidate experiences with site recruiters
  • Developing and monitoring consistent metrics per assigned area
  • Facilitating development and follow-up of recruiting action plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4-year college degree in human resources or business or equivalent experience and education
  • Minimum of 5 years as regional talent recruiter in BPO or high-volume industries
  • Ability to evaluate recruitment process effectiveness and talent
  • Ability to present training requirements to all users of field recruitment tools/services
