Job Summary
A customer experience outsourcing services company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving recruitment and candidate experiences with site recruiters
- Developing and monitoring consistent metrics per assigned area
- Facilitating development and follow-up of recruiting action plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4-year college degree in human resources or business or equivalent experience and education
- Minimum of 5 years as regional talent recruiter in BPO or high-volume industries
- Ability to evaluate recruitment process effectiveness and talent
- Ability to present training requirements to all users of field recruitment tools/services
