Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Must be able to:
- Plan and implement talent acquisition strategy
- Develop policy for talent assessment and interviews
- Manage recruitment and selection process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasionally represent internally and externally at recruitment events
- At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience
- Demonstrated commitment to issues critical to the Black community
- In-depth understanding of candidate selection process
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
