Job Summary
A Data Center provider is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the TA team responsible for recruitment for the assigned business
- Foster a culture of innovation, strategy, and delivery excellence through strong business acumen
- Develop solutions and strategies to deliver TA priorities for the business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior experience growing and developing teams
- Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing talent acquisition
- Demonstrated capability to partner, communicate with, and influence senior leaders
- Ability to use research and data to focus resources as well as hold teams and business partners
