Job Summary

A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing key multi-pronged sourcing strategies to target and recruit a strong candidate pool using a variety tools and techniques
  • Overseeing the entire lifecycle recruitment process from job opening to offer accepted
  • Designing, building & implementing innovative recruitment programs to build and foster relationships with future potential candidates

Required Skills:

  • Senior level of recruitment expertise particularly in software development or tech industries
  • Self-directed, proactive and highly motivated
  • Experience using data reports to communicate business trends
  • Understanding and managing the needs of a high volume recruitment team
  • Exceptional communication, verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently
