Job Summary

A customer data solutions company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of high performing, full cycle recruiters responsible for filling requisitions
  • Working with talent team to develop creative sourcing strategies
  • Streamlining the recruiting process with a focus on a strong diversity pipeline

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a TA lead or management role
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Experience of successfully building, managing and elevating a high-quality team
  • Strong leader and mentor, someone who inspires and leads by example
  • High-level of resiliency
