Job Summary
A customer data solutions company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and mentoring a team of high performing, full cycle recruiters responsible for filling requisitions
- Working with talent team to develop creative sourcing strategies
- Streamlining the recruiting process with a focus on a strong diversity pipeline
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years in a TA lead or management role
- 5+ years of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Experience of successfully building, managing and elevating a high-quality team
- Strong leader and mentor, someone who inspires and leads by example
- High-level of resiliency
