Job Summary

An online search engine has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading development of new hiring requisitions
  • Proposing and leading process improvement initiatives aimed at scaling our hiring operations
  • Owning the end-to-end hiring process

Position Requirements Include:

  • Expect to travel at least 2 times a year: once for our all-hands meetup and again for a team retreat
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, leading end-to-end hiring processes
  • Proven success in hiring for IT openings (e.g. software engineers, site reliability)
  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to hiring process improvement initiatives
  • Comfortable providing feedback to an array of internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective project management skills
