Job Summary
An online search engine has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading development of new hiring requisitions
- Proposing and leading process improvement initiatives aimed at scaling our hiring operations
- Owning the end-to-end hiring process
Position Requirements Include:
- Expect to travel at least 2 times a year: once for our all-hands meetup and again for a team retreat
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, leading end-to-end hiring processes
- Proven success in hiring for IT openings (e.g. software engineers, site reliability)
- Experience leading or significantly contributing to hiring process improvement initiatives
- Comfortable providing feedback to an array of internal and external stakeholders
- Effective project management skills
