Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Must be able to:
- Identify the best channels for internal and external advertising of job openings
- Educate train and coach our hiring leaders on recruitment best practices
- Bring a passion for connecting with people and building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience as a recruiter in a SaaS company or high growth environment
- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources
- The ability to balance multiple roles with urgency and care
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment and sourcing tools such as: BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter, etc
