Job Summary

A medical technology company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Enable a team of recruiters by managing, mentoring, coaching and developing their performance
• Lead team responsible for identifying, evaluating, selecting and leveraging the most productive recruitment channels
• Prepare, communicate, and educate the organization on recruiting resources / systems / procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8 years of work experience; previous recruiting experience required
• Previous recruiting leadership experience required
• 2 years of direct supervision of others
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment
