Job Summary
A medical research company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Successfully building, owning and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Being a strategic partner and advisor to business leaders
- Leading the design, launch and management of inclusive hiring initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 7 years recruitment experience; some of which is in the life sciences industry
- Proven ability to develop proactive pipelines of potential candidates
- Previous experience recruiting for a variety of role
- BSBA or equivalent work experience
- Experience building strong relationships internally and creating successful external relationships
