Job Summary

A medical research company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Successfully building, owning and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Being a strategic partner and advisor to business leaders
  • Leading the design, launch and management of inclusive hiring initiatives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least 7 years recruitment experience; some of which is in the life sciences industry
  • Proven ability to develop proactive pipelines of potential candidates
  • Previous experience recruiting for a variety of role
  • BSBA or equivalent work experience
  • Experience building strong relationships internally and creating successful external relationships
