Remote Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

An asset management company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the full cycle recruitment process for positions as needed
• Providing leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition Partners to achieve goals
• Serving as an advisor and business advocate to hiring managers during selection process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Expected a few times a year to come into the office for meeting/events
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• 3 years of people management experience
• t least 3 years is in talent acquisition performing full cycle recruiting
• Experience with an automated applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing data, building agile plans, presenting data to all levels of organization
