Job Summary
An asset management company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the full cycle recruitment process for positions as needed
- Providing leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition Partners to achieve goals
- Serving as an advisor and business advocate to hiring managers during selection process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Expected a few times a year to come into the office for meeting/events
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- 3 years of people management experience
- t least 3 years is in talent acquisition performing full cycle recruiting
- Experience with an automated applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing data, building agile plans, presenting data to all levels of organization
