A technology solutions company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and driving our alumni program
- Supporting communications for our North America employee referral program
- Leading and participating in a range of other marketing initiatives
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years working in a Marketing role
- Experience and comfort working with talent acquisition platforms
- Experience with Marketo, SmashFly, Pardot, Hubspot, Beamery or similar
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and stakeholders at one time
- Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction
