Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating marketing strategies to generate awareness of Business Unit opportunities or specific job requisitions
- Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging job opportunity content
- Creating actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
- 2-4 years of recruitment marketing and social media experience
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts through various forms of outreach
- Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
