• Experienced in recruiting management or recruiting operations
• Expert in Greenhouse reporting and analytics
• Experienced in building, revising, and scaling recruiting processes in a rapidly growing global organization
• 5-8 years of experience in a fast paced environment
• Strong project management experience
• Advanced experience with Google Sheets
