Job Summary

A publicly traded analytics company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving critical initiatives to create a new EVP
• Developing a Global Mobility Program
• Managing partnerships with 3rd parties

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of Talent Acquisition, Systems, or Project/Program Management experience
• 2 years of creating new programs or process improvements experience
• 2 years of managing significant budgets and or contracting process
