Job Summary

A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Operations Senior Manager in New Britain.

Must be able to:

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers by possessing strong business acumen
• Create unique and robust search strategies that will identify and deliver the right talent
• Provide consultative guidance and advice on recruitment best practices

Required Skills:

• Able to work across multiple sites and geographies
• Ability to manage /influence across a matrixed organization
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of highly productive and progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
• Collaborate effectively with HR and operations leaders
