Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating to new team members before their start date
- Assisting in maintaining the daily workflow of the talent acquisition operations function
- Developing and reporting on function metrics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding systems
- Working knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate level proficiency required in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
