Job Summary

Remote Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-time position responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive recruiting experience
  • Two years of experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Preferred certifications include PHR and/or SHRM-CP
  • Ability to work remotely and utilize basic office equipment
