Job Summary
Remote Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-time position responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and ensure compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of progressive recruiting experience
- Two years of experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred certifications include PHR and/or SHRM-CP
- Ability to work remotely and utilize basic office equipment
