Job Summary
To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Remote Talent Acquisition Partner will create and implement recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement recruitment strategies for assigned functional areas
- Screen applications and conduct interviews using various resources
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process while meeting service level expectations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Human Resources or a related field
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in human resources, including recruiting and interviewing
- Knowledge and experience in creating proactive recruitment plans
- Understanding of state and federal labor laws related to employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
