To support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Remote Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and implement recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement recruitment strategies for assigned functional areas
- Screen applications and interview qualified candidates using various resources
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals and recommend effective talent solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Human Resources or a related field
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in human resources, including recruiting and interviewing
- Knowledge and experience in creating proactive recruitment plans
- Understanding of state and federal labor laws related to employment
