To support a key client's business needs, the full-time Remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full cycle recruitment processes, connect motivated candidates with job opportunities, and provide exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of talent management, executing recruitment processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through effective sourcing strategies and digital outreach
• Advocate for candidates by efficiently screening and assessing their qualifications for various career opportunities

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to leverage social networks and industry communities for candidate sourcing
• Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance recruitment processes
