Job Summary

An air quality products company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building talent networks and candidate pipelines
• Refining position profiles to attract candidates
• Creatively sourcing and attracting diverse internal and external candidates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to work virtually with occasional brief travel as needed
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience required
• Experiences supporting hiring with business to business sales and services organizations are preferred
