A hiring technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct intake meetings with clients
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of Recruitment Agency success with permanent roles
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding your KPIs
- Experience managing client and candidate relationships
- Experience with various interview formats
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and outbound candidate prospecting
