Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, and Implementing market specific strategies to fill current openings and build a future pipeline
  • Developing market specific strategies to attract talent to fill vacancies
  • Managing the ATS to post current openings for SEO

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel to company offices in the state
  • Minimum 3 years full cycle recruitment experience
  • Strong client and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices including ATS
  • Ability to sell opportunities, influence decision making and negotiate offers
  • Ability to manage workload independently utilizing critical thinking skills
