Job Summary
A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building strong trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and staffing requirements
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies for various regional locations/franchises
- Developing an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the needs of our national franchise network
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- A minimum of five years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience
- A passion for recruiting with a combination of corporate and employment agency experience
- Demonstrated experience in building respected relationships with clients and candidates
- Adept at managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
