Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Partner, train and guide Hiring Managers
  • Extend and negotiate an offer and support the on-boarding of the New Hire
  • Support business, operations and health care roles

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resource role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System
