Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner, train and guide Hiring Managers
- Extend and negotiate an offer and support the on-boarding of the New Hire
- Support business, operations and health care roles
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resource role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong process and project management skills
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System
