A software development company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Partner, train and guide Hiring Managers
Extend and negotiate an offer and support the on-boarding of the New Hire
Support business, operations and health care roles

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

1 - 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resource role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong process and project management skills
Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System
