An education consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying, attracting, and closing a diverse slate of suitable candidates
• Liaising with centers of excellence and internal teams
• Delivering a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 4 years' experience recruiting
• Experience tailoring diversity pipeline strategies to the business
• Ability to independently partner with leaders on critical hiring initiatives
• Skilled sourcers who are prepared to hunt for top talent
