Job Summary

A marketing and advertising company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Phone screening potential candidates and evaluating candidate’s responses to determine viability
• Building out a pipeline of candidates via our Talent Community, LinkedIn, and other sources
• Connecting with Lead Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager on candidate qualifications

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, staffing agency, or retail/ 3PL
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written skills
• Detail oriented, with strong follow up skills
• Able to interface with many different levels of management
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
