An automation platform company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own candidate lifecycle from start to finish
- Source candidates on a variety of recruiting platforms
- Improve interview best practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years proven success as a general Recruiter
- Ability to influence and execute with senior management
- Use market knowledge and data to drive a hiring process
- Innate sense of urgency and tenacity
- Ability to strategize and prioritize department needs
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
