Job Summary
A mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling full life-cycle recruitment
- Cultivating a network of relationships inside and outside the organization
- Identifying target markets (Top 25-30 MSA’s) for Loan Originator sales talent
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years recruitment, candidate research/sourcing experience
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience in the Finance, Banking, or Mortgage Sales
- 2+ years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- 1 + years of talent acquisition leadership
- Must be able to demonstrate experience in behavioral interviewing techniques
