A consulting company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition colleagues in the United States
- Undertake active searches amongst passive and competitive audiences
- Meet critical hiring needs and perform full 360 degree recruiting activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years' recruitment experience as an internal corporate recruiter or RPO recruiter
- Evidence of robust selection methodology design and execution to deliver quality hires
- Experience recruiting candidates with strong foundations in developing solutions that are deployed in the cloud
